I am looking for a roommate in East Arlington near Lake street and Mass Ave. We would be sharing the first floor of a two-family unit. The rent is $1000+utilities (which only goes up to about 150 in winter) The house is quite nice and we have a lot of space in the common areas which include a big kitchen and high-quality fridge,oven, dishwasher,microwave.
