I am looking for a roommate in East Arlington near Lake street and Mass Ave. We would be sharing the first floor of a two-family unit. The rent is $1000+utilities (which only goes up to about 150 in winter) The house is quite nice and we have a lot of space in the common areas which include a big kitchen and high-quality fridge,oven, dishwasher,microwave.

Washer and dryer machines are in the basement. I have attached three pictures of the room, along with the living room and kitchen.

We also have a very nice backporch.

The lease will be renewed Sep 1, so I am hoping for someone who willing to cosign the lease.

About me: I am a 38-year-old computer science researcher working in Cambridge, low-key personality, open to meeting new people from different backgrounds.
