We are looking for someone who is RELIABLE with impeccable communication skills and would like to work with easy-going and fun teammates!

Working hours will be:

12pm - 6pm - days to be decided (flexible)

The role will look like:

Scheduling new students and teachers, and creating monthly and daily schedules

Emailing students and teachers occasionally to balance schedules and online zoom meetings

Upkeep of monthly schedules and student’s programs

Answer office phone calls and follow up with students and parents

Requirements:

Must be able to come in-person and have reliable transport options

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize projects

Must have at least 1-2 years of experience doing admin work

Excellent Knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive
